John White’s 10 year tenure as Mayor of Burford coincided with the reigns of David Cameron, Theresa May and Boris Johnson (in part) over here and Barack Obama, Donald Trump and Joe Biden (in part) in the US. He will compare and contrast his responsibilities with those of the national leaders and explain why he never declared war.
