About the Event

Registering for this event is appreciated.

As an art historian, living in France, Juliet was able to devise and lead many art tours in different areas of the country.  When returned to live in England, she continued to make the trips but her favourite of these is in Arles with its fabulous history, from the Romans to Van Gogh.

Juliet lived in France for nearly thirty years leading tours in six different regions from Brittany to the Côte d’Azur.  She now lives in the Cotswolds where she gives relaxed art history classes as well as more formal lecturing for the Ashmolean Museum and the Arts Society.  She has written many books including one on Van Gogh that led her to be interviewed in a BBC 4 Arts programme on television.
