Welcome. Founded in 1969, we are a friendly, voluntary organisation that provides an opportunity for local residents to meet in a social atmosphere. You are warmly invited to attend our programme of talks, social events and visits to places of local interest. Please see the ‘Join Us’ tab or just turn up at any of our talks. We meet at 7pm at the Warwick Hall, Burford and our programme can be found on the ‘Calendar’ tab.

As a Charitable Society our aims are to support the historic character of the built environment by stimulating public interest in the local area, promoting its cultural and artistic life and involving ourselves in the planning system.

Our next event
